Last year, we shared news about Jelli’s growth and today we are celebrating the first full year in our Boise office. Can you believe it has already been a year?!

Why Boise?

Over the last 12 months, our team has participated in a lot of local events including devlop.Idaho, Boise Startup Week, and Hackfort where we met many incredible people. Events like these reaffirm that this was the perfect place to open another Jelli office and highlights why we refer to the Boise office as our “secret weapon”.

One thing that you might not know: our CEO, Mike Dougherty, is a Boise native!  

"Boise is kind of the secret weapon for our company now,” said Dougherty. “It's going to be a place where we can hire folks that can really match our culture.”

This is the ideal market for us due to the diverse talent pool, close proximity to our Silicon Valley headquarters, and access to major universities.

What’s the office like?

Our team is spread out across the country from the Bay Area to New York city so we have lots of video meetings and virtual coffee dates with our colleagues to keep us connected. We even figured out the remote gaming thing (thank you, Mario Kart)!

We're a group of curious collaborators who work hard, but we also make time for daily foosball matches. Plus, we have snacks and coffee on hand to help us refocus and refuel.
