You have all been busy in SpotPlan and so have we over here at Jelli incorporating some new features to make planning even easier for you! This month's release increases SpotPlan’s flexibility and allows additional criteria for the planning process for both Spot and Network buys.

New Features!

Weekly Spot Load

Weekly Spot Load allows planners to get the right level of spot frequency while avoiding overexposure. Planners can now specify minimum and/or maximum spot load for a station and broadcast week.

Weekly Goals

With improved user experience, planners can now easily specify weekly goals. Weekly goals allows them to spread Spots evenly across the duration of the campaign.

Flexible Dayparts

Planners can now specify minimums for desired dayparts while restricting the plans to a subset of available dayparts. For instance, planners can specify that at least 25% must be allocated to AM Drive while limiting the plan to AM drive and PM drive.

Week & Daypart Pricing

Granular pricing metrics, useful for client communication, are now available on SpotPlan. SpotPlan displays pricing breakdowns by configurations, weeks, and dayparts and also allows export of this data.

Network Proposal XML

Proposal XML is used by agency and network planners alike to import plans into stewardship systems. SpotPlan has been upgraded to support Proposal XML for Network and Audience plans while retaining Proposal XML support for Spot plans.
