After more than 10 months of working remotely, we decided it was time to shake things up. We always offer optional virtual activities like yoga, meditation, and game nights, but last week we had a three-day virtual celebration in place of our normal holiday party. Thanks to Zoom, we traveled to Portugal, Italy, and Mexico from the safety of our homes!
First, we visited Lisbon, Portugal and made sangria with drag queens. Teresa al Dente with Drag Taste shared her secret sangria recipe and put on an amazing show!
The next day, we had lunch in Mexico City with Aura Mexican Cooking. Chef Graciela Montaño taught us how to make delicious street tacos!
We wrapped up our week of celebrations with a treat in Northern Italy. Silvia, maestra di tiramisù, showed us how to make the best tiramisu we've ever had!
